As a true PMA under U.S. law, we assert the right to privately determine — and share among members — the tools, services, and insights we believe to be beneficial. Likewise, each member retains the sovereign right to evaluate and apply such knowledge for themselves, free from external censorship, regulation, or interference. Our operations take place entirely within the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of public administrative agencies, so long as no substantial harm is caused and members have agreed to the terms of our Membership Agreement.
